MoGT Part 4, Ch 1 has some pointers for DETCDRs after WG courses. That wouldn't be a bad place to start.

From a GTW perspective though, the PAR is to try and capture the things that went well and should be done in the future and the things that didn't go so well and perhaps shouldn't occur again. It's intent is to serve as a method by which those cadets/staff planning the activity next year can go back and review what others have done and learn from it. In that respect there is no 'standard' format...yet. There may well be a standard format in the future but given the diversity of AAFC operations GTW didn't go down the path of trying to develop a standard that covered all activities from the outset.
