Access to Achilles for myself and my TRGO has been refused. The appropriate Logon and Passwords are not being recognised. Can anyone advise why this has occurred, and what can be done to fix it. My Squadron cannot process actvities at present.

Sir, the login and password should be your Hector login and password.
If this does not work I suggest you contact your ITO who can contact SOICT.
